Terms of sale and use

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms cover what you buy from us, what you can do with it, and what we do and don't promise. Buying LogOffEarly means you accept them.

1. Who you're buying from

LogOffEarly is sold by ROAS Performance LLC ("we", "us"). We are an independent company. We are not Anthropic, and LogOffEarly is not an Anthropic product. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used here only to describe what the product works with.

2. What you're buying

A one-time purchase of two digital things:

  • The Guide: an online step-by-step document (8 chapters) that you get access to, including the ability to ask questions as comments in it.
  • The Job System ZIP: a downloadable set of templates, playbooks and checklists.

No physical goods, no software service run by us, no subscription. Updates to both are included at no extra cost for as long as the product exists.

3. One payment means one payment

Your purchase is a single charge. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and nothing in this funnel that can bill you again on its own. If the price of LogOffEarly rises later, that does not affect anything you already bought. You keep your access and your updates at the price you paid.

4. Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Guide and the templates for your own work, including at your job, and including on behalf of your employer, if their policies allow it (see section 6).

You may not resell, republish, share, upload, or redistribute the Guide or the ZIP, in whole or in part, and you may not share your access with people who haven't bought it. Access is per buyer. We may revoke access if it's shared or redistributed, and if we do, no refund is due.

What you build with the method is entirely yours. The playbooks you write for your own job, the automations you run: we claim nothing in them and have no access to them.

5. You need a Claude subscription, which is not ours

LogOffEarly sets up Claude. You buy Claude directly from Anthropic, under Anthropic's terms and pricing, and you pay them, not us. We do not resell it, cannot support it, and cannot refund it. If Anthropic changes their product, plans or prices, that affects the steps in the Guide and we update the Guide, but the relationship stays between you and them.

6. Your job, your accounts, your responsibility

This is the important one, so it's stated plainly:

  • You are responsible for knowing and following your employer's policies on AI use, software installation, data handling and account access.
  • You are responsible for what you choose to automate, and for reviewing the results before they go anywhere. The method is built around your approval on every output, and the value of that check depends on you actually performing it.
  • You use your own accounts and your own machine. Nothing in the Guide asks you to circumvent a security control, share credentials, or hide anything from your employer.

We can't know your workplace, your contract, or your industry's rules. If your company prohibits what you're planning, this product doesn't override that, and we're not responsible for the consequences of ignoring it.

If you bill clients by the hour, this product isn't for you. It's stated on the sales page and it's stated here: the method reduces the hours a task takes, and we won't be party to hours being billed that weren't worked.

7. Where your data goes: nowhere near us

Everything you build runs on your own computer. We run no servers for it, host nothing of yours, and never see your files, your work, or your company's data. The only outside service involved is Claude, under your own account with Anthropic.

The exception is ordinary business data: your email address, purchase record and any support messages or comments you send us, used to deliver the product and answer you, nothing else.

8. What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the product is real, that it's the cleaned-up version of a method that actually runs real jobs, and that a human answers when you're stuck.

We do not promise you a specific result. The "~4 hours a day" figure on the sales page is one real person's outcome in one particular job after one week, not a forecast for yours. Jobs differ, tools differ, and how much you get out of this depends on your work, your systems and the time you put in. Nothing on our pages is a guarantee of time saved, income earned, or career outcome.

The product — the Guide, and every template, playbook, checklist, script and configuration file in the Job System — is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Templates and code can contain errors. Test on sample data before you point anything at real work.

AI does what AI does. Claude is a probabilistic system operated by Anthropic, not by us. It can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, or harmful if acted on unchecked — that is precisely why the method places your approval in front of every output that leaves your machine. We do not control Claude and are not responsible for anything Claude generates, does, deletes, sends or fails to do on your computer or in your accounts. If you remove or bypass the approval and safety rails the product ships with, you do so entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind — including lost data, lost files, messages or actions taken by automation on your behalf, security incidents, lost income, disciplinary action or loss of employment — and our total liability to you for all claims combined is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. You accept the risk, and you cover us

By buying and using this product you accept the risks described in sections 6 and 8: you decide what to automate, you review what goes out, and you accept the consequences of those decisions as your own.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROAS Performance LLC and the people behind it against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by your employer or any third party arising from your use of the product — including automation you run, output you approve or fail to review, policy or contract breaches at your workplace, and your use of third-party services such as Claude under their terms.

Nothing we publish is legal, employment, IT-security or professional advice. If you're unsure whether you're allowed to use AI or install software at work, the answer lives with your employer or a lawyer — not in our Guide.

10. Refunds

14 days, full refund. The details, including our discovery-stage question and the make-it-right option, are on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

The Guide changes constantly, which is the point of it being a living document. These terms may also change; the version in force is the one published here on the day you buy. Material changes won't be applied retroactively to purchases already made.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ROAS Performance LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions first, lawyers later: write to support@logoffearly.com and we'll try to sort it out directly.
