Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we never touch.

Last updated 29 July 2026

Short version: we collect what's needed to sell you a $57 product, deliver it, stop the download link from being passed around, and figure out whether our ads work. We don't sell your data, we don't send you email you didn't ask for, and the system you build with LogOffEarly runs on your computer — we never see any of it.

Who "we" is

This site is operated by ROAS Performance LLC, the seller of LogOffEarly. For anything in this policy, write to support@logoffearly.com — a human reads it.

When you buy

Checkout runs on Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive your email address and the purchase confirmation, which we use to deliver the product, handle refunds, and answer support email.

Your download page is a personal access link. To keep it from being shared around, each time it's opened we record the IP address, country, and a visit count against your purchase record. That's fraud prevention, and it's the only thing we use it for.

Measurement on this site

We use a normal set of measurement tools, and you should know exactly what they are:

  • Google Analytics — page views and traffic sources, so we know how people find and use the page.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replays (scrolling, clicks, where people stop reading), so we can see which parts of the page confuse people. There are no text inputs on this site, so recordings contain no typed data.
  • Meta (Facebook) advertising tools — we buy ads on Meta platforms, and we measure them with the Meta pixel and its server-side counterpart. If you buy after clicking one of our ads, we send Meta the purchase event together with a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your email so Meta can match the sale to the ad. That's how we know which ads to keep.
  • Our own analytics — a first-party tool on our own infrastructure that records page views, clicks, scroll depth, rough device characteristics (screen size, browser, a device fingerprint) and a random visitor ID. It exists so we depend less on the companies above.

These tools use cookies and similar storage: our access cookie (so your download page works, kept up to a year), a visitor ID in your browser's local storage, and the standard Google, Microsoft and Meta cookies. Blocking them with your browser or an ad blocker will not break the product — the purchase and download flow works regardless.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your personal information. Nobody is buying lists from us.
  • We don't send marketing email without your OK. Buying gets you delivery and product-update messages about the thing you bought — that's it.
  • We never see what you build. LogOffEarly runs on your own computer with your own Claude subscription. Your files, your work data, your employer's data — none of it touches our servers, ever. We operate no backend for the product at all.

Who processes data for us

Like nearly every website, we rely on a few service providers: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Google (analytics), Microsoft (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement) and Cloudflare (our own analytics infrastructure). Each receives only what its job requires and handles it under its own published privacy terms.

How long we keep things

Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Access-link logs: for the life of your purchase record. Analytics data: per the standard retention settings of the tools above (typically 2–14 months). Support emails: until the thread is resolved and a reasonable time after.

Your choices and rights

Email support@logoffearly.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records the law requires us to keep, like the accounting record of your purchase). This works the same whether or not a specific privacy law technically applies to you — it's one mailbox and a human, not a portal.

If you're in the EU, UK or a US state with a privacy statute, you may have formal versions of these rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. The informal version above is faster.

Our site doesn't currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals — few sites do, honestly — but the email route above covers everything DNT would.

Children

This product is for working adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and the site isn't directed at them.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who processes it, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. No silent edits.
